This page explains how ORVX handles the data of website visitors, clients and inquirers.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email and the request details you voluntarily share, plus limited technical data needed to protect against abuse.
How we use data
Inquiry data is used solely to review your request, respond and arrange the next step. We do not sell data and do not share it with any party beyond necessary and agreed processing.
Client data
Client content, data and project files remain the client's own and are not shared outside the agreed scope of delivery. When the agreed build cost is paid, the client owns the project's code, content, data and accounts unless the contract clearly excepts third-party licensed components. Under a subscription-only model, the platform and infrastructure remain part of the ORVX service while the client's content and data remain theirs.
Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal requirements. You may request export or deletion of your data in line with the policy and contract.
Protection
We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and run regular backups with tested restores — without claiming absolute security.
